I am passionate about supporting you in understanding and exploring yourself, finding new methods to manage life's challenges, addressing past trauma, and working toward healing, renewal, and growth. Expect to find a genuine and authentic space, where we can develop a healing therapeutic relationship and you can move forward and grow. Originally from England, I have a Bachelors degree in Mental Health Nursing from Leeds Beckett University, and a Master's degree in Clinical Social Work from Boston University. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate in Washington State and have been working in mental health for over 15 years.
